For so many years I watched as my mother cared for my grandmother…now I see that I am stepping into a new role as care giver to my mother. I never knew the trials and tribulations she faced as the only daughter to her mother, now as my mother ages, I am living those trials as the only daughter. My mother was/is a strong woman…and working with a strong woman can be trying in the best of times. Today we are making hot pepper mustard…that is to say I am making and she is directing! You gotta love her!
